Hybrid amplifier has been quite common in the audio market. By using one piece of 6922 vacuum tube, dual TI NE5534 ICs for each channel and external power adapter, MKTP-1 has outstanding performance in vocal reproduction but yet retains its high power output. Like MKRP-1, MKTP-1 can easily drive any headphone with impedence from 16 - 300 Ohms. Tube audiophiles will enjoy this headphone amplifier as they can easily change to use their favourite tube available in the market.
